How do I access the portal?

Once you have completed your Account Activation Form, you will be assigned a Clinic ID. When our Customer Service Department has this Clinic ID, they will email you directions on how to access the Provider Portal. If you have further questions about loging in for the first time, please call Customer Service at 1.800.872.5228 ext. 808.
